Ondeck are a New York based lender helping small businesses build their dreams. Small business financing made simple by humans. They wanted an employer brand that enticed only the truly passionate and empathetic people in the business to come and help the economy boom with dynamic small businesses driven by people with big dreams.

Through workshops and engagement with key stakeholders, we saw that making dreams happen was the main motivator for why Ondeck existed and why they only hired people who cared about making this happen. Aligning with corporate brand guides, we created a bold and simple look and feel that made our EVP clear “we make it happen”. A building block grid spoke of the passion to build businesses and connecting the small business owners and the people who got them there showed that human connection that really does make it happen when you’re building your dream.
