Argos were looking to build their offering as one of the leading technology companies in the world. They wanted an employer brand that positioned them away from the big printed catalogue that everyone once had in the forgotten corner of their home. They wanted potential employees to know that they had one of the best tech offerings in the industry, even ahead of Facebook and Amazon!

We created two concepts and EVPs that could help position them this way including significant targeted campaign work. In the end Argos ended up merging with Sainsbury's midway through the project. But we almost had it.
